Once upon a time, there was a girl named Fai who was only in the third grade. She began to surf on the world wide web and found herself looking at fabulously designed web pages. She immediately got hooked onto web design. By using tutorials, she began to start designing personal web pages which were hosted by using Geocities. Shortly, she learned to use Cascading Style Sheets and moved over to Pitas.com to make her first personal blog. She continued to improve on her designing skills. After that, she stepped out of the free web hosting servers and got hosted under another domain. Her blog continued to move from host to host. One day, a friend of hers, offered to give her a domain along with a web hosting package free of charge. She refused the offer considering that her friend shouldn't spend money like that. Time goes by and her friend needed to buy a new domain name. However, instead of the usual 1 domain name for $10 deal, he was offered 2 domain names for $10. He immediately contacted Fai, and she couldn't resist the offer. And that was how uyuu.NET was created and released into the world wide web.
uyuu.NET is named after the Korean word, 'Uyu' which simply means, 'Milk'. An extra 'U' was added to create a longer ending such as turning the word, 'Milk' to 'Miiiilk'. Other than that, the name was just randomly chosen.
uyuu.NET was registered at July 14, 2007 and is hosted by one of Fai's friends who runs his own web hosting business. However, his business is purely referral, so not alot of information can be disclosed regarding to his hosting services.
